Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our denim worldwide via DHL and EMS. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location, but most international orders arrive within 5-10 business days.
How do I choose the correct size for raw denim?
We provide detailed measurement charts for each product. Since raw denim can shrink after the first wash, we recommend checking the 'One-Wash' vs 'Non-Wash' measurements or contacting our support team for sizing advice.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that hemmed or customized items are not eligible for return.
Do you provide chain-stitch hemming services?
Yes, we offer complimentary chain-stitch hemming on Union Special machines for all jeans purchased through our official webshop. Please specify your desired inseam length in the order notes.
How should I care for my TCB jeans?
To preserve the indigo and achieve unique fades, we recommend washing your jeans inside out in cold water with a denim-specific detergent. Avoid the dryer and hang them to air dry.
